Michael Toscano and Jason Wilson combined forces in 2018, merging their highly successful law firms to create a powerhouse in St. Louis Bankruptcy practice. Mr. Toscano and Mr. Wilson have a combined experience of over two decades in bankruptcy law.

Jason Wilson

Jason Wilson is an attorney and partner at Toscano & Wilson, which is a full-service law firm that specializes in bankruptcy and consumer protection. Prior to private practice Jason received his law degree from St. Louis University, clerked on the Missouri Court of Appeals and was a staff attorney for the Chapter 13 bankruptcy Trustee for the Eastern District of Missouri. Since entering private practice Jason has represented thousands of consumers and small business owners in the process of eliminating or reorganizing their debt. Further, Jason has used the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act to fight abusive acts by debt collectors.
